Good day I'm monique we have bought a house wich was on sale and advertise by remax. Our agent was lolita her teamleader ursula we should be moving on the first but it seems as if they are purposely delaying everything we are struggling to get answers with regards to the current tenants staying who are aware of all transaction and was previously informed on numerous occasions that we want to move in as soon as registration took place ursula the team leader is currentlycoming up with a lot of suggestion as to how we should accomadate the current tenants but I refuse to accomadate anyone as our lease expired in the month of may already and lucky our current tenant understand but we must move out an it is our house that we want to move in did everything by the book and know we have problems and this should have been a very nice experience butit was he'll I hate the service I got from remax I have been very patient up till know but I'm on the verge of breaking point and I will do anything in my power to sort this mess out I will name and shame those agents I will phone the ombudsman tomorrow find out what I can do someone needs to take accountability for this delay as I'm loosing money who is gonna refund me I'm sick of this shit and I want answers I want to move in.ive waited my whole life for this moment and nobody is going to take or delay it any further
